Description:

   This machine is used to convey the sterilization cage full of tins from the loader to the sterilizer to be sterilized, through electric trolley and transmission cycle track system. After sterilizing, use this cycle track system again to convey the sterilization cage to the unloader to unload. This cycle system taking the place of manually pushing method, can avoid the raw and cooked tins from confusing, save spaces, decrease labor intensity of pushing process greatly and increase the production effect effectively.

Technical data:

1.Design the strike direction of electric trolley and distribution of cycle track according to the sterilization workshop ground.

2.The slide way is “工” type carbon steel slide way.

3.With the device of trolley walking acousto-optic annunciator.

4.With the devices of conversion and deceleration electric box, SCHNEIDER button and contactor.

5.Deploy the trolley brush slide way along the direction of “工” type slide way.

6.Motor power: 5Kw.

7.Size of trolley(length×width×height):  5000×2000×450mm
